Payment and Billing
Payment for services is due on the billing cycle specified in the selected hosting plan. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services. HostMyWeb is not responsible for any loss of data due to service suspension.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel their hosting plan by providing written notice within the agreed-upon notice period. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. HostMyWeb is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the customer's failure to protect their login information.
Content
Customers are solely responsible for the content hosted on their accounts. HostMyWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any account found in violation of our content policies.
Security
Customers are responsible for securing their websites and applications. HostMyWeb is not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or other damages resulting from the customer's failure to implement adequate security measures.
Service Availability
HostMyWeb strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may lead to temporary service disruptions.
Data Backups
While HostMyWeb may provide backup services, customers are ultimately responsible for their data. HostMyWeb is not liable for any loss of data and recommends customers perform regular backups.
Termination
HostMyWeb reserves the right to terminate services for any account found in violation of these terms and conditions. Termination may result in the permanent loss of data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
